Haly's Circus: New York City!
It's a quick stop between Metropolis and Gotham City. New York is what John Grayson calls a Red Pin town - big shows, and dangerous tricks, but it's smaller than Metropolis and is a warm up for the big shows in Gotham.
Dick waited until the punters were beginning to show up then grabbed a moment between rehearsals to run into the bar and collect his friends. So many people had said they hadn't been to a circus in too long, and that had to be fixed.
Also, he feels that if having access to a magic bar is going to do something, it might as well bring an audience to the circus.

Before the performance
Dick points everything out, and runs off towards a fenced off area behind the Big Top, yelling as he leaves: "buy something to eat!"
Then he leaves everyone in a group, surrounded by concession stalls (Hotdogs! Sodas! Fries!) Souvenir stands (Shirts and hats and buttons proclaiming the wearer's enjoyment of both Haly's Circus and The Flying Graysons), and many many sideshows.
Re: Before the performance
She is also likely to choose a shirt, a hat, and a button to take home with her. Tomas will appreciate the hat. Trowa will get a button. The shirt --

"I do not know Lucy. But many people like gifts."
Beat.
"And circuses."
Which is to say, probably!
Re: Before the performance
The pants have pockets but he's used to carrying coins in his scarf so finding the money taking a little looking.
Re: Before the performance
Kind of like an impatient sister. Or cousin. (She had practice with Jamie. Before.)
Re: Before the performance
He blushes as he can figure out how to act like a human and when he finds his money buys a button for each of the Pevensies.
Re: Before the performance
"To pretend. Or to remember to pretend."
She can manage it in thirty minute increments, these days. It's like progress.

"But that is helpful, too. Sometimes."

He wanders off and eventually comes to stand in front of one of the many food carts, or at least he thinks that's what this is.
One of these days he really has to learn how to read English...
Re: Before the performance
"They sell cotton candy, funnel cakes, hot dogs and deep fried pickles."
The way he walks is awkward but he's trying to not be too obvious. Sharing a funnel cake with X helped make him more comfortable and give him a dusting of confectioner's sugar.

Re: Before the performance
He starts to try and pat it off, this just creates a cloud around him. The clothes do keep it from getting caught in his fur.
Re: Before the performance
"Hold still," he says with a smirk, and then airbends both the cloud and resulting sugar into the nearest trash can.
It'd be rude to litter, after all.

X slips up to stand next to him, attempting to look at what he is looking at.
"Like this."
Re: Before the performance
Aang is eyeing the rack of corndogs.
Re: Before the performance
X tilts her head to study Aang, just a little.
"What it is like."
Beat.
"Or what you are looking for?"
Re: Before the performance
There's nothing here that looks anything like a fruit pie or tart.
Heck, there's nothing here that looks like fruit at all.
Re: Before the performance
Eventually --
"They put fruit on the waffles. Strawberries. If you ask. But I do not think it is like a pie."

X is just checking.
"They do not have meat. In them."
She pauses, considering his question. At the same time her nostrils flare, checking the odors nearby.
"Eggs are okay? And milk?"
